ABOUT ME
I trained professionally at The Academy of Live and Recorded Arts and Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance, graduating with distinction. Prior to this, I also obtained a first class bachelors degree in Drama from The University of Birmingham.
From Shakespeare to new contemporary writing, I always take a dedicated approach to my work whilst allowing space for my instincts to flourish in rehearsals. On screen, I strive to be an attentive and dynamic presence and enjoy the unique tete-a-tete that emerges with each scene partner.
From a young age, I have always had a particular penchant for comic work and have performed at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe four times, in both sketch shows and as a stand-up comedian. At the conclusion of my training at Rose Bruford College, I created a half-hour stand up set exploring comedy’s relationship with a story of vulnerability and trauma. I am currently developing the piece for further staging.
Away from performing, I love new experiences, especially any opportunity to travel. Having lived abroad previously, I have ambitions to do so again in the future. I’m also a big football fan, with my support of West Ham keeping me more grounded than perhaps anything else! I do my best to fit in watching our matches alongside keeping fit, socialising with friends and undertaking far too many cinema trips.
